Stage Gear Rewards Terms

These terms explain how Stage Gear Rewards works. The program is operated by Stage Gear LLC ("Stage Gear", "we", "us"). By earning or using Rewards credit, you agree to these terms and to the Stage Gear Terms of Service, which govern the program.

1. Who can take part

Every customer with a Stage Gear account on shopstagegear.com is a member. Membership is free and there is no separate sign-up.

Orders placed on or after October 7, 2026 earn Rewards. Earlier orders do not earn credit.

Dealer and reseller accounts are not eligible to earn Rewards credit.

2. How you earn

You earn store credit equal to 5% of the amount you pay for eligible products. "Amount you pay" means the price after any discounts, and does not include shipping, taxes or fees.

Eligible products are Stage Gear's own brands: Bodymics, Creative Audio and Stage Gear systems.

These items do not earn credit:

Clearance, ex-rental, used and B-stock items
Services and protection plans
Gift cards
Quote-only items, unless we tell you in writing that they earn
Products made by other brands

The most credit you can earn on a single order is $300.

3. When credit is issued

Credit is added to your account about a month after your order is delivered, once the return window for that order has closed. We email you when it lands.

If an order is refunded or returned, in whole or in part, we reverse the credit earned on the refunded or returned portion. If that credit has already been issued, we deduct it from your Rewards balance.

4. Expiry

Earned credit expires 12 months after the date it is issued.

Promotional credit, such as a welcome or launch gift, may expire sooner. If it does, we will tell you the expiry date when we issue it.

5. Welcome credit and launch gift

New customers receive a one-time $15 store credit after their first order with $150 or more of products (after discounts, before shipping and taxes), issued when that order's Rewards credit is issued.

To celebrate the launch of Stage Gear Rewards, customers who placed an order with us before October 7, 2026 receive a one-time $15 store credit gift. The gift expires 90 days after it is issued; the exact date is shown in your account and in the email we send.

6. Using your credit

You can use your credit toward any purchase on shopstagegear.com. Sign in to your account and your available balance can be applied at checkout.

Store credit has no cash value. It is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Schools and organizations

When an order is paid by a school or other organization through its company account, the credit is earned by that organization's account, not by an individual buyer.

You are responsible for following your employer's or school district's purchasing and gift rules when you earn or use Rewards credit.
