Refund policy

30-day returns

New, unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less a 25% restocking fee. This applies to Stage Gear, Bodymics and Creative Audio products and to new products from other manufacturers we sell.

To start a return, email hello@shopstagegear.com or call 718-874-2642 with your order number. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. You are responsible for return shipping costs and for the item until it reaches us; insured, trackable shipping is strongly recommended.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong item? You may exchange it within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Exchanges carry the same 25% restocking fee, and your original payment is applied as credit toward the new item. No exchanges after 30 days.

Final-sale items

Clearance items
Used, B-stock and ex-rental items
Special-order items. These may be returned only with our written approval, and approved special-order returns carry a 25% restocking fee.

Cast Pack free microphones

Cast Pack free mics: free Bodymics microphones from the Cast Pack offer (buy 4, get 1 free) cannot be returned for a refund. If a free mic fails within 1 year of delivery, we will exchange it for the same model. If you return paid microphones from a Cast Pack order and fewer than 4 paid mics of the same style and size remain for each free mic, please return the free mic too, or we will deduct its regular price from your refund.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

Report any damage, missing items or a wrong item within 5 business days of delivery, with your order number and photos. See our Shipping policy.

Warranty and service

Warranty claims and repairs are separate from returns. Stage Gear, Bodymics and Creative Audio products carry a 1-year Stage Gear warranty, followed by our Flat-Rate Service Program for years 2 to 5.
